We can place your concrete with a laser screed or power screed, whatever the job allows, to give your floors high F numbers. Our laser screed is the S-240 model, the largest laser screed manufactured. It has a 20 ft. reach and a 12 ft. strike width, which results in 240 SF of accurately struck concrete in less than a minute! This results in larger and flatter floors, reduced labor costs and increased daily production. To sum up, using this laser screed is revolutionary to concrete floor production.

In addition, we use SOFF-CUT brand floor saws which allow us to cut our floors as soon as they are burned in with the last pass of the riding trowels, producing no dust whatsoever and superior slab control. When it comes to preparing our subgrade, we use state-of-the-art laser graders attached to our skid loaders to give us fast and accurate preparation of our subgrade.
